"I
am so pleased to see this inspiring work my friends Richard, Dennis,
and Robert have done in making these mindfulness practices more
accessible and useful for therapists, helping others to heal and become
more fully functional members of our communities. This ancient inner
technology is an exciting new wave bound to enrich the Western sciences
of the mind."
-Stephen K. Hayes, founder of To Shin Do; author of Action Meditation and How to Own the World
"This
is a much needed and useful book for clinicians interested in
mindfulness by clinicians that are steeped in its practice. It is clear
and comprehensive and includes a CD which is experiential. I recommend
it for every clinician who's curious about mindfulness and wants to
apply it in their clinical practice."
-Elana Rosenbaum, MS, MSW, Board Certified Clinical Social Worker; author of Here for Now: Living Well with Cancer through Mindfulness; adjunct faculty and senior teacher at the Center for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts Medical School
