Participants in this program will increase their knowledge and understanding of the integrative cognitive social-learning approach to short-term group therapy.

Topics for Study: Theoretical framework for group therapy; the core sectors of a therapy group; the role of the group therapist; operational issues and guidelines; initiating the therapy group, the opening, middle, and ending sessions of group therapy; developmental group processes.
