About the Book

The fifth volume in the more focused Innovations in Clinical Practice series addresses many of the issues associated with human sexuality and its relationship to mental health. The volume contains a number of therapist guides and patient handouts in addition to the outstanding articles on a wide variety of subjects pertinent to the topic (see Table of Contents below). About the Editors

Leon VandeCreek, PhD, ABPP, Senior Editor, is a licensed psychologist who is the past dean and current professor in the School of Professional Psychology at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. He has authored or coauthored about 150 professional presentations and publications, including 15 books. Since 1992, he has served as Senior Editor of the Innovations in Clinical Practice: A Source Book series.
Frederick L. Peterson, Jr., PsyD, is an educator, clinical psychologist, and sexual health practitioner in Dayton, Ohio. He has academic appointments to the School of Professional Psychology, School of Medicine (Department of Psychiatry), and the College of Education and Human Services at Wright State University. He has provided numerous presentations at national conferences in the fields of psychology, sexual health, education, and nursing.
Jill W. Bley, PhD, is a clinical psychologist currently serving as a Volunteer Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, University of Cincinnati Medical Center. She is certified as a sex therapist and sex therapy supervisor by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (ASSECT).
