About the Editors

Saul Cooper, MA, is currently Director of the Human Services Department of Washtenaw County and Adjunct Professor of Psychology and Psychiatry at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.  He was the Washtenaw County Administrator from 1987 to 1991 and Director of the Washtenaw County Community Mental Health Center.  He is an Editorial Advisory Board member of the Community Mental Health Journal, the Journal of Consultation, and the Journal of Prevention.

Timothy H. Lentner, MSW, is Program Administrator of the Adult Services and Medical/Health Service programs of Washtenaw County Community Mental Health in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  He is a past board member of the National Council of Community Mental Health Centers and a past president of the National Association for Rural Mental Health.  He served as an evaluator of the NIMH-funded Rural Mental Health Demonstration Projects from 1989 to 1990.  He is a frequent presenter at NARMH's annual conference.
