About the Editors
James A. Blumenthal, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Medical Psychology, Assistant Professor of Medicine, and Senior Fellow, Center for the Study of Aging and Adult Development at Duke University Medical Center. He is a participant in a number of national organizations including the Council of the American Psychosomatic Society, Chairman of the Committee on Health and Aging in Division 38 of the American Psychological Association, a Fellow in the Society of Behavioral Medicine, and a Founding Fellow for the American Association for Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. |
Daphne C. McKee, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is the Director of the Psychodiagnostic Laboratory at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine and Chief Psychologist, Consultation Liaison in the Department of Psychiatry. She is a former member of the Executive Board of the North Carolina Psychological Association and is currently active in the American Psychosomatic Society, Society of Behavioral Medicine, and the Division of Health Psychology of the American Psychological Association. |
